Our approach

We are a minority owned group of Mental Health professionals who have been working for over 30 years with the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities to support individuals, couples, teens, children, families and groups struggling with a variety of challenges. We live here too! We know that there are barriers that can impact access to receive these much needed services. We make it easy for you! Appointments are scheduled within two weeks or sooner. Our staff members are highly committed, dedicated and successfully assist clients with their individual needs.

As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing therapy, life coaching, groups, and more. Let us help you connect with one of our caring, professional staff. We are available to assist you. Services are available in-person or online.

  • Group Counseling

    We offer a variety of groups to support clients in their journey to healing..

  • Family Therapy

    With this approach, each member is valued, heard and assisted to use his/her/their voices effectively for more fulfilling interactions.

  • Chemical Dependency Counseling

    We offer groups for individuals wishing to stop addictive behaviors. In addition, our substance abuse counselor provide one-on-one sessions.

  • Court Approved Intrafamily Conflict

    Description goesWe are an approved site for Los Angeles County Probation Domestic Violence Monitoring Unit. All services are provided in a group setting by experienced Facilitators. here

  • Parenting Program

    This very important service is provided to parents in a group setting.

  • Anger Management

    We assist clients to learn effective techniques to manage strong and often destructive emotions such as anger and rage.

  • FEATURED SERVICES

    Nervous System Regulation Intervention and Program

    With the use of the ASSYSTT (Acute Stress Syndrome Stabilization) , we can promote healing in the mind and body to immediately reduce distressing symptoms right after a traumatic event and help prevent the development of stress disorders. It is rooted in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
